Im only able to work through text at the moment so i am hoping someone out there has a good way to do a rapid induction through text, as i think i could bypass the part of her mind that wants to break down and interpret everything im saying but i get that the medium of text requires the words to be understood. Accredited psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, David Kraft, uses a number of hypnotic techniques in therapy, but he is a firm believer in the power of content. I think she entered a very slight shallow trance for a bit during the session but ultimately couldn’t really stay in it nor was it enough to really do anything. This hypnosis course will teach you twelve rapid hypnotic inductions which can all be used to hypnotise people in under 60 seconds plus an additional eight. I wouldn’t mind any non traditional suggestions either. There is no limit on the type of inductions that can be used to induce hypnosis. It is also over text which i imagine adds to the difficulty. Inducing the state of hypnosis is known as an Induction. Ive tried overloading her attention and dividing it but nothing seemed to get me any closer. She has given me consent and agreed to comply with my instructions but she has difficulty if shes allowed to think. I have a subject who doesn’t seem to respond well to the induction techniques I have read about (though im fairly certain its due to my lack of experience and overall knowledge at this point) but she does give the impression that a rapid induction would work well. Very new to hypnosis and the various techniques involved.
